Terms & Conditions of Chaitanya Painting Contest

1. The contest is open to children who have completed the age 5, but are not yet 15 years of age.
2. The original paintings are to be given in the hospital till 14^th October 2016.
3. There is no entry fee for this contest.
4. The painting must be original, it should be made on canvas with only oil paints.
5. The painting must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening or obtain any content that is inappropriate, indecent in any way.
6. All submitted paintings will become the property of the hospital & can be used as per our requirements.
7. Maximum of 3 entries per person is allowed.
8. While minimum size of actual painting should be 8/12″ with frame, there is no limit as far as maximum size is concerned.
9. Winners will be announced on 17th October 2016 at 5:00 pm on our Facebook page.
10. The paintings of winners will be displayed in various areas of  the hospital like Patient rooms, Lobby areas, offices etc.
11. Prize distribution Ceremony of the Contest will be held on 19 Oct 2016, Wednesday. All winners will be given trophies. Attractive gift hampers & certificates will be given to all participants.
