            “Patriotic Poem Recitation Contest†for kids
Terms & Conditions
- For participating in the contest, video of the child (below 10 years only) reciting a patriotic poem/song has to be uploaded on our facebook page facebook.com/chaitanyahospital.The best 3 videos will be the winners of the contest.
- The recorded videos are to be uploaded anytime  till 12.00 midnight on Monday i.e till 15 August 2016.
- Entry to this contest is free & only one entry per person is allowed. In case, anyone uploads more than one viodes, only the first one shall be considered for the contest.
- You must write your name & city, your child’s name, mobile no. / EMail i.d. to enter the contest so that we can contact the winners.
- The jury of Motherhood Chaitanya Hospital will declare the winners on 18 August 2016 at 5.00 PM on the page itself.Â
- The winners will be invited in the Hospital & given exciting prizes. Not only that, we will also make the photographs sent by the winners as the cover pictures of our facebook page.
