Precious twin babies born via IVF conception to 40 yrs old diabetic mother at 28 weeks (birth at 1240 & 1220 gm) managed successfully at Motherhood Chaitanya Hospital. Babies had multiple issues prematurity of lungs, apnea, anemia and infection. Babies discharged with satisfactory condition after 40 days at weight of 1.8KG & 1.9 KG. Babies doing well on follow up.
