Case IV

Mrs. N. L., was a 28 years old fourth gravida patient with a history of previous 3 ectopic pregnancies and 2 laparotomies. She was undergoing antenatal care at our hospital during her present twin pregnancy conceived by IVF-ICSI. She developed preterm labour pains at 35 weeks gestation and had to be delivered. Both the babies were preterm and low birth weight (1.9 kg & 1.5 kg). Due to the wonderful care and management they received at our NICU both recuperated well and were discharged fit & fine    .
