4 year old previously healthy child developed abdominal pain since 15 days, difficulty in breathing since 2 days and facing swelling since 1 day. As the child lied down on bed, her respiration and Heart rate stopped. She was given CPR and started on ventilation and was shifted to our hospital from GMCH -32, Chandigarh.
She was in critically sick condition requiring artificial breathing and life saving drugs. Her investigations revealed very big Tumor in chest. Appropriate medications and Intensive care drugs were immediately started. Gradually her Tumor size decreased and child’s Blood pressure and oxygen level in blood improved and was discharged in satisfactory condition after 10 days of PICU stay.
